The mission of Advantech Embedded Software Services is to Enhance quality of life with Advantech platforms and Microsoft Windows® embedded technology. We enable Windows® Embedded software products on Advantech platforms to more effectively support the embedded computing community. Customers are freed from the hassle of dealing with multiple vendors (Hardware suppliers, System integrators, Embedded OS distributor) for projects. Our goal is to make Windows® Embedded Software solutions easily and widely available to the embedded computing community.
CE/XPe Image Service
Advantech offers a full range of Windows® Embedded Ready Platforms to provide a complete set of components to enable the rapid prototyping and application development of Windows CE or XP Embedded applications. We provide an image customization service that saves time and energy, so you don't need to use embedded OS authoring tools like Platform Builder or Target Designer.
Custom API Service
For standard APIs, Advantech provides SUSI (Secure and Unified Smart Interface), a set of user-friendly, intelligent and integrated interfaces, which speeds development, enhances security and offers add-on value for Advantech platforms. For some special peripherals or custom DTOS/ODM devices, we provide a custom API service to tailor make API's for customer requirements.
Design Service
Our design service helps customers deliver custom designed system software to quickly implement their added value solutions. Dedicated experts are assigned for dedicated projects. Our years of experience with the Windows® kernel and device driver development enable Advantech to help customers with anything from low-level device driver development to high-level application services for embedded systems.
Consulting Service
We can help customers to evaluate the whole project specification and provide our experience to enable them to implement specific Windows® CE/XPe functions, for example -- OCX, PPPOE, WLAN, device drivers etc. or to debug proprietary software and hardware.
